Gower College Swansea Corporation Board – Student member

You could apply to be a student member of the College Corporation Board, the Governing Body of the College.
The position is unpaid except for expenses and you need to be able to commit about an hour or two a month to preparing for and attending meetings (around 14 meetings over three terms).
The Student Governor joins the other 19 members on the Board who make the strategic decisions about the direction the College is taking, and oversee the finances of the College. The Board is very interested to hear from students and this will be your opportunity to provide the student perspective, influence decision making, and made sure the student voice is heard.
