Gorseinon Campus Update

Construction of our new Gorseinon building development will commence Monday, 21st October, with completion expected by April 2026. The project will deliver modern teaching facilities and enhanced social spaces for everyone on campus. During construction, you may experience some noise disruption, and parking will be more limited than usual. Please avoid parking near campus entrances/exits and note that Belgrave Road and Penuel Close are restricted to residents only, with active parking enforcement in place. Initial preparation work will take place during the first six weeks, with minimal disruption expected during this period, however some noise will be inevitable. If you have any concerns during the construction period, please don’t hesitate to speak with your tutor or pastoral coach. We appreciate your understanding as we work to improve your learning environment, and we will keep you updated on the progress of the build.
