Tycoch Campus – Contractor clear down (8–19 December)

Please be aware that our contractors, Knox and Wells, will begin clearing down their site from Monday 8 December, following the removal of the crane and external scaffolding.

As part of this process, contractors will require access to D Floor to remove equipment and materials.
To maintain a safe working environment:

• The stairs closest to the atrium will be strictly reserved for contractor use only throughout the clear‑down period (see plan). Staff and learners must not use this stairwell at any time except on Tuesday 16 December, when no contractors will be on site due to the cross‑College taster day.
• Staff and learners should use the back and middle stairwells to move between floors and follow any temporary signage or instructions from Estates staff.

We do not anticipate any disruption to teaching, learning, or day‑to‑day operations. However, you may notice contractors moving equipment at intervals during the clear‑down period.
