Parking arrangements at Gorseinon Campus

Good afternoon everyone,

I am writing to update you on the current parking arrangements at Gorseinon Campus.

As you are aware, due to the construction works on site, parking capacity remains limited. This has led to increased pressure on surrounding residential streets, and understandably our local neighbours have raised concerns about the increased number of vehicles parking in the area.

To help address this and to ease pressure on the campus car park, and residential areas, we have negotiated the use of the following alternative parking locations for staff and students:

• Loughor Rugby Club – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (8am – 5pm)
• Cae Duke Fields – Monday to Friday inclusive (8am – 5pm)

To maintain positive relationships with our local community, I am asking all staff and students to please make use of these alternative parking areas wherever possible.

Thank you for your continued cooperation and understanding during this period, we are very much looking forward to the completion of the construction works, and to having full access to both parking and facilities on campus.
